Cris Ronaldo sells Golden Ball for charity

Cristiano Ronaldo has once again shown that he is one of the most active charity football players in the world.

Proof is that the Portuguese star has decided to sell the title of noble individual Golden Ball won 2013 for charity.

Representative Jorge Mendes presented Golden Ball to Idan Ofer

Immediately after being sold at a charity event held in London's capital, London, Cris Ronaldo's 2013 Golden Ball was immediately bought by Israel's richest man, Idan Ofer, for 600,000 euros.

The proceeds from the Golden Ball 2013 sale are donated by Cris Ronaldo to the Make-A-Wish Foundation to help underprivileged children and illnesses. Both Manchester City coach Pep Guardiola and Jose Mourinho are also very active in contributing to the charity.

In his illustrious career, Cris Ronaldo has won 4 Golden Ball and will almost certainly be the fifth to win the title, Golden Ball 2017, after a successful season of Real (won the Champions League, Champions League , European Super Cup, Super Cup of Spain). For charity purposes, the Real Madrid star will consider selling one or two more Golden Ball in the future.
